For the Nationale Loterij recruitment campaign, we didn’t just create videos, we created conversations.
Each video was produced in both Dutch and French to reach the full audience, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
Alongside a general overview video, we crafted three videos that let the employees themselves take the spotlight. Their stories, experiences, and perspectives give authenticity and energy to the campaign, showing potential candidates what it’s really like to be part of the Nationale Loterij team.
